A powerful 2-hour workshop designed to help you work through the blocks that drain your energy and shape your reality.

Whether we realize it or not we each live by a set of rules that govern the way we live our lives. At times these rules benefit us and at others, they hold us back. You will be led through an empowering process of inquiry and self-discovery to challenge previously held beliefs so that you may unlock the keys to your potential and become a limitless creator. This workshop will include journal prompts, group sharing, and guided meditation.
