Join us for a special gong bath where we will enter into a safe and sacred container to access the akashic records as well connect to the ancient wisdom of a breathing exercise from the kundalini tradition. Here we will flow into the bliss through the healing properties of sound created from a gong, crystal bowls and a tuning fork! This deep dive will reconnect you to your inner wisdom and guidance! You will enter into altered meditative and physical states. The vibrations revitalize your body and help to release tension. We’ll do an ancestral clearing, to move from the old lineage, into the new paradigm by clearing everything that no longer serves our highest good.

The combination of the clearing in the akashic records through sound and frequency can help reduce stress and liberate emotional blockages. Certain forms of sound therapy prompt damaged human DNA strands to repair themselves. With the echo of the gong, powerful vibrations are released and absorbed by the body. Just as every organ and cell in each of us vibrates at a particular frequency, the sounds created during our session have their own rhythm – one which helps the brain reach a level of deep relaxation. Gong baths offer a psycho-acoustic gateway to heightened states of awareness and consciousness. It's an amazing healing tool because the frequencies surpass the intellectual part of the brain and travel to the core of the cellular system where the healing qualities are fully absorbed.
